Daiso Beauty Products Part III

It has been a while since I last post about "Daiso Beauty Products". So long, I almost forgot about it! That was until I discovered something new from Daiso. I don't know if you know, but I've been a fan of painting my own nails. Love em! Collecting new colors in my collection, that's something I enjoy doing. However, this time by coincidence my "top coat" were dried out and I just so happen to visit Daiso that weekend. Knowing there's a few type of them there, I had to get two. And so, I purchased the "Quick Dry" and "Super Glossy" ones. Not to forget, these were just RM 5.30 EACH! Last night, I tested them both on each of my hands. Let's see the result shall we?

(really sorry for the messy manicure, hope you can see the result!)

Now on the packaging of this one itself was mentioned for it to dry up as quick as 45 seconds. To be frank, I was disappointed by this statement. As it definitely took more that 10 minutes to dry! The top coat itself was very watery! I was also, not happy with the result that it gave me once it has dried out. It sort of made my colored nail look very cheap when I know it should look well groom. If you get what I mean? The scent, was fine though. it was not like it smelt unpleasing or anything. It's just the result that it gave me. Definitely, would not re-purchase this in the future.

On to the second one, Super Glossy. Now this I love! Mentioned on the packaging that it is actually incredibly glossy. And so I thought it is! This one, does not lie! If you are looking for that glossy finish you shall get your hands on this! It brings back my trust towards Daiso's Beauty Products! The texture of this one, seems right. It does take very long to dry up, which I'm used to with other Top Coats out there. I just love how the glossy finish that it gives me. Before this, I was using Sally Hansen's "Big Shiny" top coat and I'm glad to say, that and this works almost the same! And the price difference though for something that works "almost" the same! (sorry Sally Hansen!) For only, RM 5.30 on this glossy one. I'd say, go and get one NOW! Definitely a win!

I hope this helps, on your Top Coat search out there! I guess the lesson of this post is, not all "lower price" items are good. But it's okay to try. You might not know it might be a keeper! I'll keep you update on "Daiso's Beauty Products" soon. More interesting post coming up! Stay tuned!

Daiso Beauty Products Part II

Why hello there! Today's post will be another review on Daiso Beauty Products as mentioned on the header. If you'd remember I did one review on Daiso Charcoal Mask sometime last month, this will be something like that however with a different product, of course. I will keep on trying my best to help you find a good product with an affordable price. So, I hope you will like this as much as the previous one! Now, if you're wondering what's the product this time. It is the Daiso's Make Up Brush Cleaner! As you know this product only cost RM 5.30 per bottle. Like always, this product with the price of RM 5.30 did not fail at all on its magic. Keep on reading and I'll tell you why.

Daiso's Make Up Brush Cleaner

Make Up Brush Cleaner actually plays a big part in Make Up to begin with. I'd wash my brushes at least once a week! Why? Applying make up with dirty brushes is like spreading germs and bacteria onto your face, that's once good recipe for breakouts. Don't you think? Back to the Daiso Make Up Brush Cleaner itself, I am really satisfied with this one. It worked so good on any of my brushes, be it, for the face, or eyes. All the pigments would come out and leave nothing behind! The one and only thing I disliked about their Brush Cleaner is that, the scent of it does not smell that good like other Brush Cleaner I have ever owned. Other than that, I am very happy with the result. As pictures attached below, is steps of how I used this product with one of my blusher brush. I don't know if I am doing it right, however this is one of the ways that works for me.

Step 1 : Simply take any paper towel / face tissue and pour few drops of the liquid on the paper towel / face tissue itself, amount required is depending on the size of the brush.

Step 2 : Brush your dirty brush through the paper towel / face tissue. Keep repeating this step until you feel that the pigments are all out.

And that's it you're done! From the picture above you could see how it cleanse your brush just in few minutes. Amazing right? Washing my brushes once a week, this bottle would last me up for about 1 month and a half. With it's price, I just love this product. Would I definitely go back for more. Yessiree! Please do get this, if you are looking for a good Brush Cleaner. Worth the money!

P/S : Girls, applying Make Up do require good brushes. But that also depend on how much care is given to them! Do love and take care your Make Up brushes accordingly!

Daiso Beauty Products Part I

Hello, earthlings! Today's post will be a topic on Daiso! Not entirely, but just on a few of their beauty products that they have in store. You know, there will be times where you're on a budget on beauty but still want to look perfect? That brought me the idea of sharing what I got from Daiso and how it did or did not help me. I mean they all cost Rm 5.30 each! (inclusive of GST). Why not? Since there are few number of product that I got from Daiso and I don't want to be writing a long post. I will divide them each for individual post. From here I could be more specific too! Let's move on to the first item, shall we?

On the first item, we shall start with a face product and that would be the Daiso Charcoal Mask. Again, RM 5.30 only! Okay, I decided to get this after so many times of watching reviews on Youtube and also after realizing with so little care, my face has got more blackheads / whiteheads. I mean, you all know how that annoys practically any human being right?

Daiso Charcoal  Mask

Before we begin with the actual review on this one, you must know that beauty is pain. Correct? Well this one is as like others peeling mask out there. Anyhow, I love this mask. This is preferred to be use alone, if any facial movement get involves this would not work well. You would understand why, if you get this product. The Daiso Charcoal Mask, not only help removes blackheads/whiteheads but also facial hair. Yes, in one go! Trust me, with lesser hair on your face, it feels so much better applying make up with! Again, for only RM 5.30 on this. I was not hoping much for results. I mean, it still requires a lot of this product applied to the face for it to really work. It takes a while to dry, and the texture is quite sticky. But other than that, I am a satisfied customer! Worth the pain, literally. Thank you Daiso!

For those out there, who's really irritated by their blackheads/whiteheads do get your hands on this! Yes, it might be weird buying a bottle of charcoal peeling mask for only RM 5.30 and expects magic right? But if you're adventurous like that, please do! Like I said, worth the pain!

P/S : They'll be more of Daiso Beauty if you stay tuned!
